Fernanda Lopes is a Paralegal at Julander Brown & Bollard LLP, where she supports attorneys in civil litigation matters, with a focus on deposition preparation and administrative case support. Her work includes organizing deposition materials and transcripts, assisting with discovery-related documentation, and supporting attorneys with litigation logistics in accordance with California procedures.

In addition to litigation support, Fernanda plays an active role in the firm’s administrative operations, including invoice processing, billing support, correspondence management, and general office administration. She works closely with attorneys and staff to support daily operational needs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Prior to joining JBB, Fernanda gained experience in personal injury matters in California, where she worked in case management supporting attorneys with client communications, medical records organization, and litigation documentation. This experience strengthened her understanding of U.S. litigation workflows and case support practices.

Fernanda is also a licensed attorney in Brazil and earned her Bachelor of Laws from UNIFIEO (Centro Universitário FIEO) in São Paulo. In Brazil, she worked in the hospitality industry as in-house counsel for a multinational hotel group, where she handled corporate and regulatory matters, contract review, compliance issues, and legal support for business operations in an international environment.
