The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals recently affirmed a $4 Million judgment in favor of JBB’s client. William Bollard argued the appeal and JBB’s cross-appeal before the Ninth Circuit. The Justices sided with JBB’s position on all counts, further awarding its client all costs on appeal.
